Travel planner

Welcome to our planner, this is a tool to help you to organise your visit. Once this is completed you can generate a pdf of your plan so that you can print it or email it to your friends.

Before you begin, please fill out the details of your visit. Give your plan a name, e.g. Jim's holiday, choose the duration of your visit and when you expect to arrive/depart.

To produce your personal visit plan, enter a memorable name, choose the length of your visit and your arrival and departure times. When you save a blank plan will appear. You can then transfer items from your short list into the plan by choosing the visit day and time. Removing items from the plan puts them back into the shortlist. If you wish, enter a description for each day. When you have finished, make brochure will generate a detailed PDF of your plan to print or save to email to your friends. Alternatively just print or save a PDF of your shortlist.

You can populate your Shortlist by clicking on the add to shortlist buttons that are located throughout this site.

You need to enter details about your plan before you can transfer items from your shortlist to your plan

If you want to save your plans so you can access them at a later date, simply Register with myVisitYork. Once you are registered you can also add pages from the website to your favourites list, view your bookings and enter exclusive competitions!
